We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Times

• Standard (non-customized) mocknecks: delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Customized mocknecks: delivered within 9 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Customized Orders

Customized items need extra time for personalization, production, quality checks and preparation before they ship. Please allow up to 9 business days for delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once they are placed and payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, holidays or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information when it is available.
